Question: My Ocitillos (two) have been planted almost a year and show no signs of life. Others in the neighborhood are blooming. What can/should I do to aide their life/appearance?

Answer:Some water is OK, but not too much look at the soil around them. Are they getting more shade?
There are some cactus foods that might help too
